I am experiencing a fatal error when attempting to uninstall an extension in my Joomla 5.1.2 setup. How should I proceed to remove it and clean up the remnants afterwards?

This issue seems to be a leftover from a migration after Joomla 3 or 4. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
